1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (either individually or on behalf of the corporate entity you represent, "User", "Founder", or "Subscriber") and 11thhour Technologies ("11thhour", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the platform at https://11thhour.in, including our executive day planner, team project workspaces, founder networking directory, B2B perks catalog, and auxiliary software services.

By registering an account, subscribing to a plan, or accessing any module of 11thhour.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy & DPDP Policy.

2. Eligibility & Corporate Identity Verification

11thhour.in is designed strictly for business professionals, founders, CXOs, managing directors, enterprise executives, and corporate management teams.

• You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
• Corporate Email Verification: Users registering with valid corporate domain emails (@company.com) receive automated OTP verification. Registrations via consumer public webmail services (e.g. @gmail.com) are subject to manual administrative review and profile verification to ensure network integrity.
• You represent that all registration details, designations, and corporate affiliations submitted are authentic, current, and verifiable.

3. Executive Assistant Proxy Delegation Mode

11thhour provides specialized functionality permitting an authorized Executive Assistant (EA) or Chief of Staff to schedule, triage, and organize deliverables on behalf of a Founder or CXO:

• The executive account owner retains primary accountability for all actions performed under proxy authorization.
• Audit trails and change records are systematically maintained within the workspace for deliverable assignments and status adjustments.
• Credentials must never be shared across unaffiliated third parties. Each human user must possess a distinct login seat.

4. Subscriptions, Seats, Billing & Taxes

• Executive Day Planner: The personal day planner, core timeblocking, and internal company workspaces are provided free of charge for qualifying business accounts.
• Paid Network Pass & Enterprise Tiers: Paid tiers (e.g., 11thhour Network Pass at ₹999/month, Enterprise White-Label at ₹4,999/month, plus additional seats at ₹100/seat/month) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle.
• GST & Invoicing: All statutory fees are subject to 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian tax laws. Valid GSTIN numbers entered during checkout will receive compliant tax invoices.
• Payment Processing: Transactions are securely processed through RBI-compliant payment aggregators including Razorpay. 11thhour does not store raw credit/debit card numbers or net banking credentials.
• Refunds & Cancellations: Governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Founder Directory & Marketplace Conduct

The 11thhour Network directory is an executive environment. Members agree to adhere to high professional standards:

• No unsolicited commercial mass broadcasting (spam), automated scraping, or crawler harvesting of founder contacts is permitted.
• Service listings and promotional perks submitted to the B2B directory must represent bona fide commercial offerings backed by verified business entities.
• 11thhour reserves the right to immediately suspend or revoke network privileges of accounts engaging in harassment, misrepresentation, or illicit trade.

6. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

Your Data Belongs to You: Your organization retains 100% ownership and copyright of all proprietary deliverables, agendas, task titles, confidential project documents, and strategic notes entered into 11thhour workspaces.

AI & LLM Protection: As stipulated in our Privacy Policy, 11thhour explicitly guarantees that your confidential internal workspace deliverables and private messages are NEVER used to train public Large Language Models (LLMs) or third-party AI systems.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 11thhour is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we maintain 99.9% target service uptime and industry-standard security safeguards, 11thhour shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on task management deadlines, internet disruptions, or third-party meeting links.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts situated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims and controversies arising under this agreement.
